Curb Appeal

An AI-powered tool that automatically scrapes a local business website, redesigns it, and deploys a live demo — ready to show the owner before they ever ask.

The Problem

Most local businesses have outdated or no websites, but rebuilding them is slow and expensive to pitch. By the time a proposal is ready, the opportunity is gone.

The Solution

Curb Appeal scrapes the existing site, extracts the brand profile with Claude, generates a production-quality redesigned demo, and deploys it to a live URL — fully automated. The demo exists before the first conversation.

How It Works

01

You provide a URL

Drop in any local business homepage. That's the only input required.

02

The pipeline discovers the site

Firecrawl maps the site and filters down to the pages that matter — home, about, services, contact. Blog posts, legal pages, and noise get dropped automatically.

03

Every page gets scraped

Each key page is scraped for content. The homepage also gets a screenshot, which is used to extract the existing color palette and visual style.

04

Claude reads the brand

All scraped content and the screenshot feed into a single Claude call. It extracts a structured brand profile: business type, audience, services, tone of voice, color palette, and an opinionated redesign direction.

05

A demo is generated

The brand profile drives a second Claude call that produces a complete, production-quality HTML page — fonts, colors, layout, and copy all tailored to the specific business.

06

The demo goes live automatically

The generated HTML is pushed to GitHub and deployed via Vercel. A live URL is ready before the first conversation with the owner.
